Information we collect and how it is used

When a gift voucher is purchased through this website or through marketing / promotional activities (e.g.: via this website, in a store operated by us, over the telephone etc.), personal information may be requested (such as name, phone, email and address) in order to provide the gift voucher, product information, information in respect of the salons operated under the ProfessioNAIL name, marketing materials, provide newsletters, electronic newsletters (e-newsletters), provide new release / launch information, and advise of other ProfessioNAIL products, competitions or events, which may be of interest. No one is obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to do so may result in ProfessioNAIL being unable to provide you with the product you require or future promotion, event, or product information and/or provide after sales services.

For example, we may collect information about the date, time and duration of visits and which pages of the website are most commonly accessed. The ProfessioNAIL group includes ProfessioNAIL & Spa Holdings, the trade-mark and intellectual property rights holder to the ProfessioNAIL trademark name and system, our Licensees, our subsidiaries, and our related bodies corporate. Any use of this information by the ProfessioNAIL group will comply with this privacy policy. Occasionally, with your permission, we will send marketing information to you, such as discount coupons, information about new product offerings, etc. If you do not elect to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.

Minors
ProfessioNAIL is very sensitive to privacy issues. We are proud of our long-time commitment to our customers. We are especially careful in any communications with persons under 18 years of age.
It is our policy not to promote our products and services to persons under 18 years of age. We may on occasions were appropriate promote appropriate services to persons over 16 years of age. For example, we may promote nails art services to those persons participating in final year formals or graduation balls who are young adults and who will soon be18 years of age.

Will not knowingly collect or store any personal information from minors or in respect of minors. We may collect a name and a telephone number from minor if they request a product or service from one of our salons for the purposes only of providing that product or service.

The information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. Access is restricted to those involved in administration or fulfilment of the product or service requested for which you have provided your personal information.

The more information you can provide us about when you originally submitted your personal information, the quicker ProfessioNAIL will be able to retrieve your personal information.
